Refund & Return Policy

At **Be.U — The Fashion Store**, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your handcrafted ethnic wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a **7-day return window** starting from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition Requirements for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached;
- No scents, perfume, makeup stains, or modifications should be on the fabric; and
- The invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
* Please note: Custom-tailored or altered suits are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:
- Send an email to **support@beufashion.in** or message us on WhatsApp at **+91 7889867235** with your Order Number and details of the product you want to return.
- Include photos of the product highlighting the tags and its condition.
- Once approved, you will need to ship the package back to our store address (Bathindi, Jammu). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email or message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/NetBanking via Razorpay) within **5-7 business days** as per standard banking timelines.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or require a size swap. If you need a size exchange, please contact us immediately so we can reserve the desired size from our inventory before shipping the replacement.
6. Cancelled Orders
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our shipping courier, cancellation is not possible.
